4.  You do not need to register to read posts or view videos Registered Members release to the punditdomain.com 'Public' home page. However, you need to Register as a member to comment/create your own private domain. Registration Is Free.

5.  How We May Use The Information We Collect: We need to verify your identity and determine your eligibility to join our domain network to prevent fraud and respond to trusted safety issues. Beware: SSL Encryption, Spam and Malicious IP address widget filters are active, and automatically report to the proper authorities.

6.  We want to provide, maintain, and improve our Services and your personal experience with our Services by providing you domain content information and recommendations.

7.  We want to help you understand how to use our Services to develop your personal domain. New products, services, plug-in features, and/or other functionality may be added.

8.  We want to communicate with you to provide you with updates, member support, other information relating to our Services; and to respond to comments, questions, and other requested information, such as, for marketing and promotional materials that may be relevant, of value or of interest to you. 

9.  Another Purpose for which we provide specific notice at the time the information is collected: Domain Compliance Purposes include enforcing our Terms of Service or other legal rights, or as may be required or requested by any judicial process, governmental agency, applicable laws or regulations that may apply.

10.  You Can Register as a Small Business, PunditDomain.com allows you to monetize your Domain content with your personal products. PunditDomain.com does not provide a ‘Shopping-Cart’ however, you can post graphics and link to your off-site shopping cart or payment and delivery method by your third-party payment processor on your behalf. You are responsible for all financial transactions made on your domain.  You can contact, but not spam other members with Unsolicited promotions, advertising, or pop-ups solicitations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties.

11.  We May Sell, Merger, and/or Transfer Other Assets, and/or transfer your information to potential partners, service providers, advisors, or other third parties in connection with the negotiation, consideration, or completion of a corporate agreement in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell, liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our assets. Use of your information will be governed by the provisions of this Privacy Policy in effect following any of these events at the time of the acquisition or merger.

We may also disclose your information with your permission. 

12.  Children under 13 years of age: Our Service is  Not Directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information, use or maintain information from children under 13 years of age. 13.  ‘PunditDomain.com is owned and operated by DesignsThatSpeak.net’. Neither PunditDomain nor Designs That Speak takes responsibility nor assumes liability for any Member/User Content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto, nor is PunditDomain or Designs That Speak liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, profanity, financial or other objectionable content you may encounter.  Your use of your Personal Domain Interactive Areas is at your own risk. Enforcement of the member/user content or conduct rules set forth in these Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and User Agreement is solely at PunditDomain or Designs That Speak’s discretion, and failure to enforce such rules in some instances does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such rules in other instances.  In addition, these rules do not create any private right of action on the part of any third party or any reasonable expectation that the Site will not contain any content that is prohibited by such rules. As a provider of a Social Networking Platform and interactive services, neither PunditDomain nor Designs That Speak is liable for any statements, representations, or Member/User Content provided by its member/users in any Personal Domain Interactive Area or posts made by member/users.

Although either PunditDomain or Designs That Speak has no obligation to do so, it reserves the right, and has absolute discretion, to remove, screen or edit any Member/User Content posted or stored on the Site at any time and for any reason without notice, and you are solely responsible for creating backup copies of and replacing any Member/User Content you post or store on the Site at your sole cost and expense.  Any use of the Personal Domain Interactive Areas or other portions of the Site in violation of the foregoing and violations of these Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and User Agreement may result in, among other things, termination, or suspension of your rights to use your Personal Domain Interactive Areas and/or the Site license.
